Introduction:

This machine complies with the test methods of GB8410, TL1010, TSM0500G and American Standard FMVSS571.302, DIN7520 "Combustion characteristics of automotive interior materials". Clamp the sample horizontally on the U-shaped bracket, and ignite the free end of the sample with a flame at a specified height in the combustion box for 15 seconds. to determine whether the flame on the sample is extinguished, as well as the burning distance of the sample and the time it takes to burn the distance . Interior materials include single materials or laminated composite materials used in automotive interior parts, such as seat cushions, seat backs, seat covers, seat belts, headrests, armrests, movable folding roofs, all decorative linings, Dashboard, glove box, indoor cargo shelf, or rear window sill, curtains, floor coverings, etc. And it has the function of high automatic control system, automatic ignition, automatic air supply, automatic timing, manual end of the test and other functions, convenient observation and recording, stable and reliable use.
